Good Easy walking distance to Victoria Station and Victoria Bus Station. Room 306 had an air conditioning unit which was broken. Temperature was 30C+ outside and inside. Reception’s solution was to give us a third fan. After 2 nights of suffering they finally moved us to room 210 which had a functioning AC unit. At >$400 CD per night, this is not acceptable!!

Below averageStayed with friends
A summer AC unit that makes lots of promising noises but doesn’t cool competes admirably with the gross torn up filthy stairs that greet you as you enter the hotel after you fight through London traffic to arrive.
But at least there is breakfast included. Just don’t expect much and don’t open the doors and go out to the back garden seating area to get some air while enjoying your breakfast. If you do you’ll be told to come into the glass walled breakfast greenhouse and sweat while you eat like the rest of the people who reserved a room at this poor hotel in a beautiful Belgravia neighborhood hood.
The coffee machine makes some very nice coffee and the staff are nice if not great at follow-up. (Left something in the room and called four days to ask if they found it.
Never a call back with an update and always the same, “oh my, I’ll ask the porter to take a look and get back to you.” Maybe the meant I’ll have a porter and get some rest?”
Avoid this as better hotels are in the area for just a few pounds more.

Staff very helpful and friendly, even carried our bags to the room! Lovely cool water in lobby, much needed in the heatwave. The room was snug but had everything we needed, air con, nice shower products, tea coffee, biscuits etc.
Only slight fault on room would be the mattresses are very soft which im not a fan of, but in saying that I did have a very good sleep!
Continental breakfast, fruit, cereal, cheese, ham, toast, pastries, juices. Perfect!
Location was lovely, lots of nice coffee shops and cafes and a sainsburys express 2.minutes away. So handy to Victoria which was perfect for us to get Gatwick express and direct tube to Wimbledon.
Highly recommend!

What a quaint boutique hotel in a very convenient location, about a seven minute walk from Victoria station. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to see in London. My husband and I stayed in a triple room with our adult daughter. The room was small, but clean and they provided maid service daily. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower and they provided shampoo, body wash and soap. They also provided flat and sparkling water and snacks in the room at no additional charge. The breakfast offered a good variety, including breads, bagels, croissants, meats, and cheeses, yogurt, muffins, and cereal and also had a very nice cappuccino/mocha machine, as well as apple juice and orange juice. We were in London during a heat wave and our room had good AC. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They held our luggage the day we got there until we were able to check in and held it again on our last day after checkout, until we needed to leave for our train. Just be aware there are no elevators and our room was on the third floor. One of the employees helped bring our luggage up to our room. Overall, we had a very nice stay, I thought the hotel was a good value for the price and would highly recommend this if you’re looking to stay in the area.

Quaint boutique hotel close to Victoria Station in quiet residential area. Nice breakfast. Very cramped rooms and most importantly no elevator not noted in listing. Air conditioning also was non functioning for our entire stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent. You can walk to main attractions and it is near Victoria Station (train, metro, Bus). The staff is so kind and helpful. They were very nice to my mom who barely speaks english. I highly recommend. the room are spacious for the area and breakfast is included.
