Room was clean and neat with a great view. Sound proofing could be improved but overall very comfortable stay. Buses in front of the hotel goes to many popular places, or one can also walk if feeling up to it!

We had a great time at Pan Pacific. The rooms were freshly refurbished. It was very nice, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. I tried the best shrimp dumplings I've ever had in my life. It was just really, really nice. I liked the reusable bottle souvenir. Thank you.

The service was impeccable as always. The location is very good with the main shopping area within walking distance and a bus stop about 100m away. However, the room was a bit dated. Otherwise, no complaints.
