Fantastic
We enjoyed our room and the view very much. Room service food was really good and we had a spacious room with in door and out door eating areas. The Breakfast was a bit overcrowded but we enjoyed the food and it was reasonably priced. The kids play are was a huge hit with our 11 year old son and he went there everyday as well as the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Poor stay. Requested and paid for a room for 3 but neither bedding or towels for 3rd guest. Room service poor. Ordered 3 meals but only received 2 which arrived cold Location was good but that’s the only positive Felt not like a hotel but an assembly line Sadly I will not be either returning or recommending this hotel

Daily cleaning is poor; the trash bags we leave behind before going out are not removed. When we return, we find they have simply been moved to a different spot without actually being taken out.

Room not clean, wet carpet (not dealt with when reported), shower door wouldn’t close properly, broken kettle and no body wash in shower. Not the usual standard for a Park Plaza

Advertise a pool but hours are restricted for children, and you can only reserve for 40 minutes a day. Very dirty outside and around hotel.
