On arrival greeted very nicely by a friendly member of staff who checked us in and offered complimentary breakfast which I have to say was exceptional both in quality and quantity of choice fresh and tasty in a relaxed clean dining room. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable with all necessary items provided to ensure a pleasant stay. Will definitely return. Thank you so much for your hospitality

Clean room with nice bathroom and comfy beds. Breakfast good although tables and chairs are needing replaced as they are showing signs of wear. Lovely touch from staff with balloons in the bedroom to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday.

If you are staying during summer, be aware that this hotel does not have air conditioners. Aside from that, the location is perfect and the rooms are decent

Convenient location (3 minutes) near underground and 15 min walk from Euston Station. Clean room, arrived early and the room was ready which was really helpful. Good breakfast. Some fittings are a little tired but overall a good stay.

Solo stay

Room was OK. But the shower is smallest in any hotel I have ever stayed. Its barely wide enough for someone of normal build to fit through the doors when open. Also the shop in reception is a nice idea but the prices they are charging are extortionate for items there. Tesco nearby go there instead! Breakfast was excellent though.

First hotel I have stayed in which didn't have air conditioning in the room.very disappointing. Unable to sit in the restaurant and have a coffee without paying full breakfast price when the day before another staff member let me. Shop hugely overpriced.

Room had TV hanging off the wall. There was no covering on the duvet, and when we pulled it back there was a used plaster on the bed. To be fair staff came up promptly to solve these pretty bad issues. Then...the bar downstairs charged me a 'discretionary' 10% even though I had gone to get my own drinks from it - i.e. there was no 'service' to pay for. The hotel is not designed for hot weather - room very hot and fan was not sufficient. Finally the 'double bed' was more of a 'single plus' ; very narrow and so was uncomfortable. So I won't be staying again I'm afraid...
