Breakfast is ok but not worth the money. Room was very dark. Even restrooms were dark by mirror area. Ac was perfect. Front desk check in wasn’t professional. Other staff were very helpful. Location is great , walking distance to all attractions.

Paid for upgrade of room, payment was taken twice. On check out I was told I would automatically get refunded the second payment. This was 3 weeks ago and despite numerous emails, I have not been refunded. Very frustrating, very poor customer service.

Everything in this hotel is brilliant and leagues better than the check-in which was so inadequate that they required me to come to the desk to make a deposit for my laundry and then over charged me such that I couldn't automatically check out because they owed me money -- money which I believe is still owed to me days later even as I type these words. Otherwise, this is a wonderful hotel is a a fascinating location.

The best thing about this place is the location. However, during peak summer travel this place is quite crowded and that impacts your check-in experience, trying to reach front desk (no one picks the call) and also crowded for breakfast.

I personally feel, it's over price. There was barely any staff to greet at the time of check in or during the stay no efforts were made to make you feel comfortable. The rooms size are decent, but would give 0 for hospitality.
