It was a great stay at Batam View! Great food at Wangi Melati Cafe and breakfast buffet was really worth it. Would definitely come back to try out the activities :) Shuttle bus from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal was very convenient too! Highly recommended!!

They refused to replace water in the room, who does that? That's a strangest hotel experience I ever had in any hotel. The beach part was boring. They could have setup simple cafe for people to hangout. I did like the live music and the bar. The breakfast was good enough.

Stayed at Batam View more than 3 decades ago. Have been wanting to revisit again through the years but was concerned about the location and condition of the resort. This booking was a last minute decision and am glad that I have no regrets. Though old, this resort has it's charm; cosy, laid back, fairly clean and best of all, it has a live band and a kelong seafood restaurant next to it. Room is small, doesn't feel like 32sqm, can hear voices of next door occupants but cosy. Bottled water and disposable bedroom slippers provided in room. Disposable toothbrush and only a small tube of shower gel and shampoo provided in room. Buffet breakfast food variety is very limited and not tasty. Despite the negatives, we still enjoyed our brief 1 night stay here.

Batam Beach View Resort is an amazing holiday staycation hotel especially for families! we had 4 days and 3 nights stay and we never left the resort as there were tons of activities to do! Our son enjoyed lots of swimming and my wife enjoyed lots of picture taking! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

My first time to nongsa beach and batam view resort. The hotel staff are extremely nice and service staff are a delight to work with. The buffet breakfast was good quality and had lots of choicy. The room was good and the floors and main building are renovated. Overall hotel does feel a bit dated though as if it's prime has gone paste. besides the main building and main swimming pool area, the rest of the hotel is not worth a watch (especially compared to it's nearby montia*. Property) I loved the magic show and staff are EXCELLENT. They made my staff. Be ware of the prices at the hotel. Food, water, massage are 4x, 5x the market prices. So plan ahead. Don't take the hotel shuttle, but order grab !
