The staff is amazing, although the numbering of room seems confusing but the cafe waiter is patient enough to bring me to the right room despite it's not even his job - this is going beyond his duties and he didn't demanded any tips but he deserved one

Everything were good except for pillow quality was poor causing uncomfortable rest.

Great experience

Staff super friendly, interior no maintenance looks dull, blanket and toilet are dull too, beside these all is good, breakfast is good, pool is good and we enjoyed the stay! They just need to do well maintenance will do. As for location is not bad as the golden prawn seafood is 5min walk, and 6min walk to D’Sands and some new restaurants are nearby.

The property was beautiful and picturesque. Breakfast was good. The villa was spotless and very comfortable. Downside was the villa was right by a tennis court of some sort and they were having a game and were noisy late at night as we were trying to sleep. That was only the first night and the next few nights was better.

Clean property and friendly staff!

Great Indonesian hospitality. Nicely nestled in a quiet part of a bustling neighborhood. Walkable to the Water Parks, Food Street, Amusement Part, Factory Outlets, and Restaurants. Also not too far from BCS Mall and the Zoo. Rooms need a little touch up as they have weathered the test of time... We booked a 2 bedroom unit, the in-unit pool was great. Room Service is also faster than many other places. One thing that didn't go so well was the check-out. This took a long process as the chamber staff had to do an inventory of all the items... a resort that is branding itself as a more upmarket venue shouldn't still be doing this... however, I understand considering what type of guests the resort attracts. Complimentary breakfast daily; a la carte from Mon to Wed and Buffet from Thu to Fri. Will surely return!

Environment is good.

Check in is smooth and the staff was well fluent in her English. The room is clean and cozy. We book the room that comes with a shared swimming pool with other 5 rooms. But i hope the allocation of the room can be more attentive. I was given the room with the other 5 rooms whom were all friends or relatives. Me and my partner feels a bit uneasy. At least i was hoping to give us a room that will be shared with other 5 different customers. Piss off on the check out. All the while both me and my partner obey the rules by not smoking in the room. But the cleaner reflect to the counter that they smell cig smell upon open the door. I can understand why they are able to smell as we smoke at the balcony , we didn't close the sliding door so the smell might goes into the room. But i feel its to much to say by sniffing and argue that we smoke inside the room as there are no evidence showing cig butt or ashes all around the room. In the end, i still able to avoid been fine by them. But its a terrible experience.

2nd time staying here. Love this place.
