The friendly and excellent service was greatly appreciated. Treasure bay is a huge theme park. I love the relaxing atmosphere, making it a good place for family outings.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Their transport arrangement is very efficient. The place is very clean and has all the basic neccessities. The breakfast food selection is good. Overall had a pleasant 3D2N stay there. ^~^

hotel location: once we arrive Bintan Ferry Terminal, we were warmly greeted by Natra Bintan Resort Staffs as their hotel transfer was already on standby to pick us up to the Resort. Natra Resort is only a few mins drive away from the Bintan Ferry Terminal. Very convenient and reachable. I should say Hotel location of 5/5 Stars. cleanliness: Natra Bintan Resort room is spacious and clean. They even prepared a small welcome treats in the room for us. I should say 4/5 Stars. service: All Natra Bintan Resort staffs are so friendly and approachable. Whenever we walk pass their staffs they will definitely give a warm smile and greets. Thats shows their passions and professionalism towards their job. I should give 5/5 Stars. breakfast: Natra Bintan Breakfast has many choices to chose. They have western, traditional, vegetarian, cereals, fruits and hot and cold beverages. I should say 4/5 Stars

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Natra Bintan with my two young kids. The garden tent was spacious, clean, and comfortable, blending glamping charm with resort luxury. The Crystal Lagoon was a big highlight — perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding, all within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the buggy service was efficient, especially during check-in and check-out. Breakfast at The Patio had decent vegetarian options, and the setting was relaxing. While Wi-Fi could be improved and food was slightly pricey, the overall experience was memorable and family-friendly. A small mini-mart on-site would’ve been helpful, but the service and setting more than made up for it. Highly recommend Natra Bintan for families or couples looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We’d love to return!

This is our 2nd stay at Natra Bintan. We bought the Twinkling Xmas package which offered buffet dinner on 24 Dec. Witnessed a spectacular performance by the Towdah Orphanage singing Xmas choir. My special thanks to Natra Bintan staff Satifah at the Patio Restaurant for her patience and brilliant skills to help arrange our dinner seats on 24 Dec buffet dinner. All staff were friendly and rooms super clean. We had a meaningful and peaceful Xmas time at Natra Bintan. Thank you.

Stay at Natra Bintan was great experience in all. The location, the ambience, the staff all were amazing. The landscape & exterior was also well maintained, but the bathrooms were poorly designed & maintained. The taps were spoilt in both bathrooms & the drainage from shower was poorly designed so the water wouldn’t drain easily. Also would like to comment about poor lighting inside the rooms & bathrooms. Could have also added a microwave in the rooms. The restaurant food quality was amazing although the price was on the high side. Could have added many more water activities & the rates could have been better as the pricing seemed quite high.

We had a great time at Natra Bintan and was pleasantly greeted with very clean rooms and great service. The only downside is that there is hardly any sound-proofing and we could hear what's going on outside our tents. But that's what glamping is about I guess. The water activities at Treasure Bay are all chargeable since it is not operated by the hotels. I'm good with that since guests of Natra and Anmon are given 20% off! The kids had a blast!
