place has good location which is accessible to tourist spots. walking distance to convenience stores, food restro and also near mrt. transportation is not that hard at all. place is clean and neat. just recommend for them to provide disposable slippers and also some kind or doormat from the toilet area beause it is slipper when taking a bath as well as doormat on the main door of room. overall service is great since they also provide room service to clean room and change linens/toiletries. also tv does not connect on their internet so we were not able to use or enjoy it 😥

Room - we liked it. Though the aircon is not quick enough to cool the whole room. Facility - I suggest to add another elevator. Coz the elevator hardly managed to get 5 people up or down (what more if there's a baggage.) Staff - easily to understand and they are polite.

helpful staff. yummy breakfast. my son really likes roti cane. the coffee also perfect. rekomen for short trip. only 200m from kl sentral, easy to get KLIA Transit or other transport mode. 5mt walking to hotel from kl sentral. also friendly for teenager who brings big luggages. note: For those who need city tour, better choose Hotel Metro @bukit bintang. the travel has pick up point at that hotel
