Love the location, it's just behind the KL sentral and beside the monorel station, but it's not noisy at all. The TV is also quite big, but with limited channel option. I like the refrigrator since it is a normal size single door with freezer, which is a big help for storing foods (not like a typical small hotel refrigrator). The staff are also very friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping staff, Laden, who make up our room and decorate this towel everyday.
