We had room service the first night..lasagna was good however the fish & chips were average. Both meals were served only warm and I thought that was because it was room service. We dined at Champs on Sunday night and both of us had the sirloin chips and salad. One steak was good the other a bit chewy. The meals were only warm when served and I had to ask for my meal to be heated up in the microwave also the gravy was only just warm. The meals were served on cold plates which is not ideal. Lastly the restaurant area was quite cold and we needed to put a jacket on to be a bit more comfortable We had breakfast the second morning after reading reviews on how good it was, however it was just average. Maybe because it was Monday and a public holiday however not impressed. The barista made coffee was lovely but was not included in the breakfast. Thank you to the young barista!

Had not been to the Hotel since the late 1990's. Fantastic location, central to everywhere. Good parking, very accessible Hotel, fantastic king bed, lovely room, perfect for a two night stay. Room service excellent and the breakfast a treat. Could not recommend it more. Will definitely be going back.

Breakfast was ok Staff didnt respond to my complaints about the fridge not working, the room aircon stopped working every 2 days I had to "hard reset it" each time. The room is so outdated it's a joke! No smart TV is laughable these days.

The breakfast buffet was very ordinary The coffee machine was broken and the cranky lady in charge was than going to charge us for coffee from the barista Not good and she was rude The room had stains throughout the carpet and the skirting boards need repainting The restaurant was quiet small and we couldn’t get a table for dinner but the reception staff were nice and friendly Overall the place looked very tired
