We had a awful visit, on arrival dirty room very unkept, hairs,toenails and lots of dust. Requested a refund to find somewhere else to stay, took and showed pictures to reception, nothing happened.Promised to speak to manager and get back to us regarding a refund and still nothing. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very helpful staff

Staff was one person who greeted us and gave us our key card, simple. Property is in a quiet area, but only a 2 minute walk to cafes, bars and shops. The room was small, two single beds and a small bathroom inc toilet, sink & shower, but adequate for our needs. There was tea & coffee facilities, though cups were a little small. Be warned, if you are on the top floor, as we were, the stairs are quite a climb. Saying that, it was a comfortable stay.

Good clean room; great location.

We had a room by the front door, so we could hear every time somebody came into the building and when someone rang the doorbell. We could also hear sounds from the road. Thankfully we were too exhausted to be bothered by such noises, but those sensitive to sound would really have suffered. The room initially had a damp smell when we first came into the room. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise - we didn't realise breakfast would be included. As per the other reviews it's nothing to write home about - prepackaged muffins, croissants and pain au chocolates, bananas, sweet peelers, apples, sliced meats and cheese, some cereal. Shower was nice and strong. Bed was a little hard but we were only there for a night so not really an issue. Really good location for Victoria bus/rail. The room was also not very big (it was for 3 people), but for the location and price point I suppose this is understandable.

The staff seemed to think I'd booked a room with no bathroom, which I hadn't.

At 5 am twice running very noisy neighbours coming in and out of room banging doors etc next door. No thiught of those trying to sleep, chatting etc.

It was nice and quiet. Good location. Flat pillows is my only complaint.
