The location was amazing for Knightsbridge. But the hotel is Grim. I paid for a bigger room the bed was tiny and one bedside cabinet. Cold shower and a really rundown. Our room was next door the the cleaning cupboard very noisy. Not impressed

This hotel has an ideal location, next to everything that you need, including shopping, restaurants, underground, Hyde Park, Harrods, and the list goes on. Nice to have an included breakfast. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and spacious too

This hotel is in a great location. Staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was pleasant although some of the furniture is looking a little tired. However, it was very clean. Unfortunately, we didn't sleep well due to the noisy air conditioning, which needed to be on due to the heat, and there was water dripping regularly from somewhere above onto the metal windowsill outside the room all night.

Very old room, we have booked a club room. Bathroom is awful. Very old. Bed was comfy. Overall i wouldn’t not book this hotel again. The location is perfect but a no no for the room.
