Great
Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying. Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted. Great stay and location. Would def stay again

Disappointing stay. Very small room and smelled musty with dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change our sheets 3x before it actually happened. Thankfully Ali helped us out and gave us a drink but still not enough to make up for the unpleasant experience of having to making this simple request multiple times. Same thing applied to the broken shades in our room. For the price paid, just not worth it. I’d book somewhere else.

Great

Solo stay

This hotel is very conveniently located near the Tower Hill Tube station and walking distance from the Tower of London and many other sites (Tower Bridge, London Bridge, etc.). The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is very unique and Modern in design with plenty of spaces to hangout/r lax outside your hotel room. I was a bit concerned that the hotel room may be a bit too tight however was not the case perfect size with the largest hotel bed I think I've ever slept in. The room was clean the lighting in the room was a nice surprise feature that one would enjoyed a lot more than you think. Overall fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book a room here again!

Really enjoyed the seamless check in and check out process. The room was very practical and comfortable despite the small size. The hotel is in a great location with a lot of attractions within walking distance. Great value!

Very very small room, but lots of public space and hip, modern design. Excellent location with great access to all of London. No gym.

When booking this hotel, be sure to notice the difference between high floor and tower view. We thought we booked rooms with a view of Tower Bridge, but we ended up with one room on a high floor facing away from the Tower and on room on a low floor. We stayed during a heat wave in London and were surprised that the hotel has no AC, just ventilation. You can't assume a modern hotel will have AC. This hotel, like many others, has padded carpet in the hallways, making it difficult to roll luggage. On the bright side, the food was good and the staff were friendly.

There was an issue with room keys not working on the day of our check-in and one lift not working during our entire stay. We were told to get a drink at our cost in the bar and someone would be down to take us to our room and let us in. We had to ask a couple of times as to when we could get access to our room whilst watching the queue grow with other guests also now waiting to get access to their rooms. Eventually we were taken to our room by a member of staff who then could not open the door because her key did not work. We were then left standing in the hallway for 10-15 minutes waiting for her to return with another key to finally gain access to our room. One particular staff member on our last night was particular rude and confrontational and his manager did absolutely nothing to intervene. Overall the hotel was conveniently located, room was clean with good views. The rooftop bar had superb views of London.

Very nice hotel with great location for seeing the city. Elevator issues were a problem that taxed the staff but they certainly tried to minimize the impact.

tiny rooms for the price. Which is fine but their staff was terrible. I requested them multiple times during my 3 day stay to clean my room. They did not do it once!!! They offered me to replace my towels and then no one turned up! This was after I complained about their service. I am never coming back to their property and will recommend the same to my colleagues, team members, and friends.

A few things could have personalized my visit a bit more. The self-check-in was nice but there was not an attendant available if needed. There also was no coffee/tea in the room. The view was stunning but not sure it was worth doubling my lodging fee for.
