The location is excellent—just a short walk to Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay Wharf, and plenty of restaurants and attractions. The only downside was that the building is a little older, and the stairs can be tricky if you have heavy luggage. But overall, the comfort, convenience, and location made it well worth it.
