The hotel was fresh, clean and super classy, plus it was quite close to various good locations! Room was super clean as well. The hotel breakfast’s kway teow goreng was so delicious. The view from the hotel pool was absolutely stunning. Been recommending this hotel to everyone visiting Penang!

location is really good. But Klook really needs to improve with regards to the Tourism Tax. I was initially charged a second time at the hotel counter for the Tourism Tax, bcos other platforms like Agoda have a separate pdf which specifies that the Tourism Tax has been paid. However, Klook’s Tourism Tax statement is in small print inside the main document, making it more difficult for the hotel to recognise.

Nice place to stay and the location is nearby with eatery places within walking distance. The room is clean and completed with all necessary facilities. Hotel have own parking and available for car and motorbike.

Enjoyed my stay indoors but have to travel far to do anything outdoors eg. Queensbay Mall. Its proximity to the airport makes it convenient to catch flights easily as it can get quite congested around the area. Would love to try out other resorts with nice beaches in northern Penang.
