Very much enjoyed our 1 night stay before flying out of Surabaya. It was a very nice, clean, and friendly place to crash and we left feeling much better. Staff were extremely helpful and helped us order food to the room.

The room is very spacious and very clean! Bed is also comfortable and big in size. Location is close to major shopping malls such as Tunjungan Plaza.

Hotel was elegant and big albeit not so new. There was a large crowd since we went on a weekend and their coffee house has inner and outer garden seating which was excellent. Staff at reception and conceirge were very kind in assisting us
