Great stay but hotel a bit old. Rooms are splendid, breakfast super luxurious. Tip top services served by the restaurant staff. I like to sit there forever :).

Within walking distance to good coffee shops (Famili Cafe is highly recommended), local eateries, Indomaret, souvenir shops, and Tunjungan Plaza. The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection of local dishes.

Great value and an awesome location! There are high-end department stores near the hotel. When I checked in, the staff proactively helped me carry my luggage to my room, and the receptionists were very friendly!

A delight to stay in this heritage hotel for 2 nights in the suite! it was comfortable and location was great as it was right opposite a shopping mall. The spa was great as well with nice ambiance and service.
