Mr Ye was very friendly and welcoming throughout our trip. He introduced us to a variety of delicious local cuisines and recommended a local restaurant where we had some incredibly delicious fish. He also kindly helped us buy some local mangoes, which were so sweet and tasty! We truly enjoyed our day trip to Yangshuo, and his hospitality made the experience even more memorable. I absolutely loved this tour! The Li River and the incredible karst mountains around Guilin are breathtakingly beautiful and truly something everyone should see at least once. A special thank you to our guide - she was amazing! I was the only foreign tourist in the group, and she was incredibly attentive throughout the entire trip. She regularly sent me all the important information separately via WeChat, which made everything very easy and comfortable for me. She also made sure I always knew where to go and never got lost. Another lovely touch was that during the trip she kept offering us different local snacks and interesting things to try. It made the experience feel even more welcoming and personal. Everything was very well organized, the scenery was spectacular, and the guide made the experience even better. One of the highlights of my trip to Guilin. Highly recommended!

The driver was very punctual and drove smoothly, sharing introductions along the way about Guilin's local characteristics, agricultural products, development history, and the history and background of the Yao and Zhuang ethnic groups. Once inside the scenic area, he also introduced the four terraced fields one by one. Out of the eight people in the van, six went to see the long-hair performance at Hongyao Village, and everyone enjoyed it immensely. Afterward, we had lunch at a restaurant in Hongyao Village. While the food was quite good, it was served very slowly, which cut into the time available for viewing the terraced fields. We recommend heading up to the terraced fields earlier to have lunch at one of the viewing platforms. The Jinkeng Rice Terraces are magnificent and breathtakingly beautiful. We had two hours, which included taking the cable car up to the viewing platform, enjoying the scenery, taking photos, and then taking the cable car back down. We didn't visit during peak season, yet the cable car line took 15 minutes, and the ride itself lasted about 20 minutes each way. This left us with only about 50 minutes at the viewing platform, which felt way too short. If time permits, an ideal approach is to take the cable car up to the viewing platform and then walk back down. This allows you to take in the panoramic view from above while also experiencing firsthand what it feels like to be right among the terraces. The only downside this time was that the vehicle was small and the seat cushions were uncomfortable. There were four tall people in our group who had nowhere to put their knees.

Well-planned one-day itinerary. Cable car saves energy with panoramic terrace views. Authentic local bamboo rice and farmhouse meals. A perfect mix of nature and ethnic culture!

The tour guide was so helpful and kind. I was the only foreigner and didn't really understand Chinese but she used translator to explain about the tour schedule so that I didn't get confused throughout the tour. She kept checking me if I understood and talked nicely towards me, so I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tour very much. This tour has become one of the most memorable experience in my life thanks to that sweet guide. Thank you so much and I highly recommend the tour!

Great day trip by our experienced driver and helpful guide for our day trip to Longji Rice Terrace.

The driver insisted on arriving late to the event. We arrived almost at the time the event started. We weren't able to take photos or enjoy the attractions before the show because of the driver's delay.

Our guided tour was amazing! The driver was friendly, polite, and very professional. We really appreciated that he used a translator, which made communication much easier for us. He also shared a lot of interesting information about the area and many fascinating local facts. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. All the activities were great fun, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely recommend this tour to everyone!

Very nice experience during the trip with our group tour guide蒋家云.She was helpful and able to take care of all the senior during the longji rice terrace journey and explain to us patiently the history of longji. Bus driver also experience and keep us safe till the whole journey,lastly the lunch was superd. I would like to join her group tour again next visit if i have this opportunity.
