- Huangluo Yao Village: Known as the "First Long Hair Village in the World," it is famous for its unique custom of "wearing hair as a straw hat." The Hongyao are a branch of the Yao ethnic group, and growing long hair is their traditional custom, symbolizing longevity and wealth. Here, nestled by mountains and rivers, the crystal-clear green water surface is like a mirror, reflecting the tranquility and beauty of the Yao village.
- [Route A] Go to ~ Jinkeng. Dazhai Hongyao Terraced Fields: There are three viewing points: Xishan Shaole, Dajie Qianceng Tianti, and Jinfo Ding. These three viewing points form a paradise away from the secular world. At Dajie Qianceng Tianti, you can see layers of terraced fields like stairs built directly into the clouds, like a ladder to heaven. At Xishan Shaole, you can see Mao’er Mountain in Xing’an and Fupingbao, the highest peak in Longji Scenic Area of Longsheng County, with an altitude of 1918 meters. You can overlook 40-50 square kilometers of terraced landscapes. Watching the sunrise in the morning, the terraced fields are winding and flowing like water, like dancing notes. The sounds of roosters, insects, birds, pigs, cattle, sheep, human chatter, and streams play the symphony of the earth, guarding the vicissitudes of time here.
- [Route B] Go to ~ Ping’an Village Terraced Fields: Ping’an Zhuang Village was built in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China and is the core village for sightseeing in the Longji Scenic Area. It retains unique Zhuang costumes and ancient living customs. The village maintains traditional three-story wooden houses with horse-railings, which are typical stilt-style buildings in northern Guangxi. Surrounded by terraced fields and ecological forests, the environment is elegant and the climate is mild throughout the year. In spring, the water glistens like a mirror; in summer, the rice seedlings surge with green waves; in autumn, the golden rice ears cover the ground; in winter, snow covers the silver chains winding around the mountains. The changing scenery throughout the four seasons is breathtaking.

Warm Tips: There is an up and down cableway in Jinkeng Terraces, the cost is 100 yuan/person, voluntarily at your own expense. There is an up and down sightseeing bus in Ping’anzhai Terraces, the cost is voluntary at your own expense. You will pass by [Huangluo Yao Village] (Changfa Village) on the way. You can move around freely after entering | Free visit time: about 40 minutes, note: This attraction is a free attraction, you can visit the village for free; if you want to watch the Changfa song and dance performance, you need to pay for 80 yuan/person!

Layer upon layer of terraces stretches endlessly, presenting a magnificent and peaceful harvest scenery. Climb to the Jinfoding Viewpoint for a full panoramic view of the terraced fields. The golden mountain scenery offers an open view with an amazing atmosphere. The air is clear and perfect for photography. With gentle evening breezes and stunning landscapes, you truly get to witness stunning natural beauty — definitely a must‑visit scenery of the year.
Great experience on the one‑day Longji Tour! The itinerary is well‑paced with plenty of time, no rushed schedules. Layered terraces climb along the mountains with magnificent scenery, and mist drifting among the hills makes for fantastic photos. Our driver gave detailed commentary, knew well about local folk customs and offered thoughtful, attentive service.
