This is a must have package. Our guide Michael is great and very helpful. Our group met him on time at the pick up point and explained throughly and what will be our iterinary. He gives tips and insight that is very helpful with our trip. If he will be our guide next time I will surely be happy to book another appointment with him.

I was on a solo tour, and the guide explained various things (in English and Taiwanese) and even made jokes, which made it a really fun tour. The guide was very passionate, and the time spent at each stop was just right. In the middle of the tour, there was an offer for bubble tea and ice cream. I tried the ice cream, but it had cilantro in it, so I threw half of it away. It was like an ice cream pie, and it did taste good. We took a bus to and from Jiufen, which cost 15 Taiwanese dollars. We had a great time for our Nami Island Day Trip with Martin as our tour guide. The day was so easy, relaxing and fun, especially with all his recommendations. Our favorite part was the restaurant he took us to for lunch, where we had the cheesy chicken with tteokbokki. I didn’t realize the zip line was only like 60 seconds of flight, so we didn’t end up doing it, but it did look super cool watching other people take it and the speed boat. Bike rental is super easy on the island, and made seeing the whole island a lot easier and quicker (we did the tandem couples bike). The rail bike was super cool as well and turned out being a lot easier on the hills with 4 people. Traffic was insanely terrible on the way back, but the driver was weaving between cars to get us back as quick as possible, so hats off to him as well 👏 thank you! 😊

Our guide, Jack "Captain" Jack, was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the weather, it was a lovely day with everyone. He shared the most important information with us, which made things even easier. Plus, he's a super photographer!
