I had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is well organized and welcoming.
The service was excellent. All staff were polite, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay.
A very special thank you to the manager, Mark. He helped us a lot and showed real understanding regarding the issue I experienced. He handled everything with professionalism, patience, and kindness. In my opinion, he is one of the best hotel managers I have ever met.
Also, special thanks to Mr. Osama for his kindness and help during our stay.
I will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great and comfortable stay.

Amazing hotel staff! They always make you feel comfortable and welcome. Our room was always cleaned whenever we went out, and we came back to a spotless room. I will 100% come back and stay at the same hotel on my next visit to Phuket. Thank you so much, everyone 🫶✨
