service: excellent cleanliness: very clean, daily cleaning also very fast breakfast: good selection, though day to day quite similar hotel location: quite near the beach, though it's a longer walk now because the shortcut along the canel has been closed off. also right next to kata night market and many shops. right next door are great restaurants and even a large 7-11. transport access: convenient and central location
