J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel. Tout était excellent — l'emplacement, la propreté. Le service a dépassé mes attentes, et je me suis vraiment senti à l'aise tout au long de mon séjour. Je recommanderais sans hésiter cet hôtel et j'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Stayed a total of 6 days at this resort. Was a good experience, met some good people. Staff were amazing. Great overall service. One thing I’d change is some appliances in the room which were pretty used or outdated. Cash deposit upfront so be prepared for that.

We are having a Phuket hangover mainly because of Burasari. 😭 It has the best staff in the world! We will definitely go back. Book the Elite Room with Pool Access. It is all worth it! ♥️

The staff are very helpful. They have 2 Filipino staff in the concierge who made the experience so so good. They also prepared a cake for me eventhough it is a day after my actual birthday

The hotel is very new and beautifully designed, and the room was excellent and comfortable. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. One of the highlights is the free shuttle service to Patong Beach and Jungceylon, which makes getting around very convenient. The hotel is also located about a 10-minute walk from nearby shops, making it easy to access daily necessities. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

The resort was larger than I expected. Although it takes about 15 minutes by car to Patong Beach, taxis are readily available and there's a free shuttle bus, so if you time it right, getting around is convenient. The breakfast was very satisfying.
