decided to buy line A but you have to get to the cable cars first somewhere in the city to go the top of the mountains and i didn't know back then because i went to the tianmen mountain parking lot but there starts tour B and Tour C. 😅 but there are green busses to bring you to Line A so that was a good thing.

Shout out to the tour operator/Agent for boundless accommodating my question/inquiries since the beginning. To the tour guide Ms. Ayi for being professional and friendly. I am the only non chinese speaker in the group but the language barrier did not becone a problem. I am happy and satisfied with the activity. Shopping was not on my list however I am happy to witness some of the customs locals customs. Even the fellow travellers in the group were nice, I did not feel any negative vibes from them. Overall the organization of the rour was systematic. It's also bonus that even the weather got along. It was a great day with everybody!

We had a great experience! Our tour guide went above and beyond to meet our needs. She even brought us to places that are not part of the trip but very worth going. She was very informative and knows the time to avoid the crowd. She also knows the best spot for photos. Highly recommend our tour guide and this trip.

We had a generally great trip. The tour guide was kind and very supportive, the hotel was nice, and the natural scenery was breathtaking. The VIP fast-track service was a huge time-saver, especially since there were long queues every day. A few notes: the optional extras cost about 350 CNY/person, and since we were traveling with a group, once everyone agreed to pay, we couldn’t opt out individually. Also, if you want to avoid seeing similar sights on Day 1 and Day 3 or skip multiple cable car rides, consider skipping Day 2. One disappointment was that the tour company no longer organizes the Huanglong Cave visit, though we were refunded for it. We were really looking forward to that part. However, the tour guide kindly helped me book a show as a replacement, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed the trip, special thanks to our tour guide for making it a smooth and memorable experience!

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I had a fantastic experience with the online tour I booked! Everything was smooth from start to finish — the booking process was easy, the itinerary was well-organized, and the guides were knowledgeable and engaging. I loved how the tour blended cultural insights with fun experiences, and it felt both personal and professional. It was a perfect balance of sightseeing and unique local moments. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-curated and memorable experience without the hassle of planning everything themselves!
