Walking along the Golden Whip Stream at the valley floor was a peaceful highlight, and the views from Tianzi Mountain are unforgettable.The Bad:The crowd management is exhausting. Even during the shoulder season, we faced massive tour groups, loud megaphones, and pushing in lines. We waited nearly 90 minutes just for a 2-minute ride on the Bailong Elevator.The Reality Check:This is not a relaxing nature hike. It is a highly commercialized, physically demanding theme park for mountains. You will walk thousands of concrete steps.Top Tips:Get to the gates by 7:00 AM or face brutal lines.Download an offline translator app; English signage and English-speaking staff are rare.Do not forget your physical passport, or they will not let you in.

The best cable car experience with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and the scenery from above was absolutely breathtaking.

For my first visit to zhangjiajie (4nights) - the best way to see all the highlights in two days is to book this tour. my tour guide ARCHIE was very informative and accomodating to my needs and had a answer to all my questions. he spoke very good English and would take photos for us..

I’m really glad I booked this tour. I was picked up from my hotel, water and a free bumbag was also provided and the service was phenomenal. Archie was an amazing tour guide. he took great care of us and explained every site we visited very well. we also spoke casually and he as a great individual to speak to. I’d highly recommend this tour as you get a lot done.

Although the itinerary was packed and full, our experienced tour leader meticulously planned all the routes, saving us a lot of time. The meals were good, but the biggest surprise was how unexpectedly comfortable the hotel was. The room was huge, or perhaps I was lucky enough to get an upgrade, and the bathroom even had a bathtub! 😂
