Our guide (Ms Ada) was very patient, knowledgeable and engaging! Ada and the driver were on time and we didn’t have to wait long for pick up at each destination. Ada guided us through Forbidden City & Summer Palace, providing as much stories as one could absorb. It was no regrets having a personal guide as a first visit (Note: One can’t see everything @ Forbidden in a day!), giving you the flexibility and direct accesss to questions. My husband who loves history truly enjoyed the experience. Great day trip!

What a fantastic experience! Andy, our guide, looked after us so well from. The time he met us at our hotel and throughout the tour. Great English and knowledge of the Forbidden City which made everything we saw so much more interesting and meaningful. He also adapted the tour to our needs (we skipped Tiananmen Sq because of the crowds). Mention also goes to the driver Zhen who drove us from the hotel to the Forbidden City in a spotless vehicle prepared with water and snacks. Highly recommend this tour for a great private experience.

Booked this trip for our first time in Beijing for me and two friends. We were lucky enough to have Sherry as our guide and Qu as our drive. Both were extremely professional and helped us along the way providing information and not rushing us at any place. Would definitely recommend both of them 10/10.

our two day tour was fantastic, thanks to knowledgeable tour guide Mr Andy and also our very friendly and careful driver Mr Zhen. overall, everything was good, 2 day lunches were also very delicious.

Everything was organised and arranged. Tanya from Klook was really helpful, she contacted me from Whatsapp days prior our departure to Beijing. She managed to sort out requests with our transfers and even answers my queries. They treated us like VIPs. Everyday of the itinerary has a different tour guide, they contacted us days prior our arrival which is very helpful. Vanessa from our Forbidden City tour was really amazing, very informative and an excellent english tour guide. She is approacheable if you have any questions and kept us informed with details we need to know or do.

We were so lucky to have Li as our guide; he made our Summer Palace trip incredibly memorable. His humorous and engaging commentary greatly enhanced the enjoyment of the tour, and the kids were captivated. He is extremely conscientious and responsible, planning the best route for us in advance, perfectly avoiding peak crowds and saving us a lot of time. There was no shopping at all throughout the tour, showing genuine consideration for tourists. This kind of excellent service deserves a thumbs up!
