He is also incredibly friendly, empathetic, and helpful—throughout the entire trip, he cared about our comfort and made us feel truly well looked after. The transportation was very comfortable, and the time we spent with Yudi passed in a wonderful atmosphere. We loved all the places we visited and thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour, but it was Yudi’s dedication that made the day truly special for us. Jake has been really amazing! We did the Mt Batur and Creya tour, but the highlight was definitely Mt Batur. Our driver/photographer was very professional. He makes such an effort to find the best angles and poses for the photo session. He is very patient and also very attentive. 10/10 would recommend Jake because he really made this such a magical experience.

Watching the sunrise at Mount Batur was an amazing experience! Unfortunately, the sunrise itself wasn’t visible due to the weather, but we were still able to capture some really beautiful photos. Luckily, our tour guide, Yonki, was an excellent photographer and knew all the best spots to capture stunning scenic views. He really made the experience worthwhile and ensured we went home with beautiful memories and photos. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for a great guide who knows how to capture the beauty of Mount Batur!

We went to see Kanto Lampo Waterfall, followed by an ATV ride, it so extremely fun! Our guide, Komang, was extremely friendly and accomadating ☺️ 10/10 experience and guide!

My spouse and I used this tour for the first time in Bali. Our driver, Nanga, managed the time allocation perfectly, allowing us to complete our entire schedule. He was very friendly and accommodating, even though we don't speak English. The tour itself offered excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed the packed itinerary, which included Tukad Cepung Waterfall, a coffee tasting at a coffee plantation, lunch at Paper Hills Cafe with views of Kintamani Highlands and Lake Batur, and firefly watching at dusk.
