Our tour guide Alex is very professional, nice and friendly, very approachable, answer all our questions and gave good reccomendations for best view, he made sure we are standing at the right place for best photo taking and interactions with alpaccas. He is also fluent in both mandarin and english! We had so much fun, he helped us to take many nice pictures too! Highly recommended for this tour..

A perfect day trip from Seoul! Booking via Klook saved us so much time and effort planning transport. Our original tour was only Alpaca + Nami, however we didn't meet the required minimum amount of people, so Klook messaged us to join the tour including the petite france with no extra charge. Alpaca World was a massive hit—the animals are well cared for, very cute, and feeding them was a great experience. Nami Island is beautiful, peaceful, and offers amazing photo spots around every corner. Our guide was organized, punctual, and very accommodating. Our driver Kay even let us stay on the van for our last stop (petite france) because my child is sleeping, he parked in a shaded area with aircon turned on. Highly recommend this tour for families, couples, or anyone looking to easily explore outside the city!

Amazing and highly recommended tour! Our guide, Nelson, was wonderful, patient, and pleasant throughout the entire day. He explained everything clearly, was always available to answer our questions, and remained patient even when we repeated questions we had already asked 😊 The tour was very well organized, and everything ran smoothly. The pick-up and drop-off times were exactly as scheduled. Alpaca World was really cute and enjoyable, and the Rail Bike was a fun experience and also a great place for photos. We chose to enter Nami Island by zipline, which was such a fun and special experience. The island itself is beautiful - perfect for a relaxing walk, enjoying the scenery, and of course taking lots of beautiful photos. Overall, we had a fantastic day and would definitely recommend this tour!

We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Ryan during our trip to Legoland Korea. He was pleasant, friendly, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Throughout the journey, he drove safely and professionally, which gave us great peace of mind, especially as we were traveling with young children. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication was effortless as Mr. Ryan spoke Mandarin well, allowing us to have enjoyable conversations throughout the trip. He was also very good with children and interacted naturally with our kids, making them feel comfortable and entertained during the drive. What stood out most was his willingness to share interesting background information about the places we passed along the way. He also provided excellent recommendations for dinner near our hotel, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you, Mr. Ryan, for making our journey so enjoyable. We hired a private tour for 1 day to Nami Island, Gangchon rail park and also strawberry farm, and it was a very pleasant experience for my family and I. The driver was very friendly and he was able to converse in English. He is also fluent in Korean and Chinese/Mandarin. thank you for making our trip a truly memorable one.
