Our tour guide Alex is very professional, nice and friendly, very approachable, answer all our questions and gave good reccomendations for best view, he made sure we are standing at the right place for best photo taking and interactions with alpaccas. He is also fluent in both mandarin and english! We had so much fun, he helped us to take many nice pictures too! Highly recommended for this tour..

Una excursió d'un dia perfecta des de Seül! Reservar a través de Klook ens va estalviar molt de temps i esforç en la planificació del transport. El nostre tour original era només Alpaca + Nami, però no vam arribar al nombre mínim de persones requerit, així que Klook ens va enviar un missatge per unir-nos al tour que incloïa la Petite France sense càrrec addicional. Alpaca World va ser un èxit massiu: els animals estan ben cuidats, són molt bonics i alimentar-los va ser una gran experiència. L'illa de Nami és preciosa, tranquil·la i ofereix llocs increïbles per fer fotos a cada racó. El nostre guia va ser organitzat, puntual i molt complaent. El nostre conductor Kay fins i tot ens va permetre quedar-nos a la furgoneta per a la nostra última parada (Petite France) perquè el meu fill estava dormint, i va aparcar en una zona ombrejada amb l'aire condicionat engegat. Recomano molt aquest tour per a famílies, parelles o qualsevol persona que vulgui explorar fàcilment fora de la ciutat!

Amazing and highly recommended tour! Our guide, Nelson, was wonderful, patient, and pleasant throughout the entire day. He explained everything clearly, was always available to answer our questions, and remained patient even when we repeated questions we had already asked 😊 The tour was very well organized, and everything ran smoothly. The pick-up and drop-off times were exactly as scheduled. Alpaca World was really cute and enjoyable, and the Rail Bike was a fun experience and also a great place for photos. We chose to enter Nami Island by zipline, which was such a fun and special experience. The island itself is beautiful - perfect for a relaxing walk, enjoying the scenery, and of course taking lots of beautiful photos. Overall, we had a fantastic day and would definitely recommend this tour!

Our driver arrived 15 minutes early, which allowed us to start our trip ahead of schedule. Booking the Railbike + Legoland package was a great decision. Our driver was very helpful throughout the entire journey and made everything hassle-free. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

El nostre guia turístic i conductor, Hakim, va ser molt servicial i amable. Tot el viatge des de Myeongdong fins al parc ferroviari de Gangchon i Legoland va ser fluid i agradable. Recomano molt aquesta excursió per a famílies amb nens.

We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Ryan during our trip to Legoland Korea. He was pleasant, friendly, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Throughout the journey, he drove safely and professionally, which gave us great peace of mind, especially as we were traveling with young children. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication was effortless as Mr. Ryan spoke Mandarin well, allowing us to have enjoyable conversations throughout the trip. He was also very good with children and interacted naturally with our kids, making them feel comfortable and entertained during the drive. What stood out most was his willingness to share interesting background information about the places we passed along the way. He also provided excellent recommendations for dinner near our hotel, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you, Mr. Ryan, for making our journey so enjoyable. Vam contractar una excursió privada d'un dia a l'illa de Nami, al parc ferroviari de Gangchon i també a una granja de maduixes, i va ser una experiència molt agradable per a la meva família i per a mi. El conductor era molt amable i podia conversar en anglès. També parla amb fluïdesa coreà i xinès/mandarí. Gràcies per fer del nostre viatge una experiència realment memorable.

Ms. Park Hye In, our tour guide and driver, contacted us via text message the day before to confirm the pick-up time and location. We chose to visit many attractions, and Ms. Park, with her professional experience, arranged the itinerary perfectly for us. She was flexible, allowing us to stay longer on Nami Island. Even after more than ten years in the industry, she remains passionate about her work, diligently introducing us to the best sights along the way. The tour ultimately took over thirteen hours to complete. We sincerely thank her for her arrangements. 😀
