from checking in to checking out very fast, the room is clean and big. this is our “go to hotel” for a quick staycation. shopping meal as them park just few steps away very convenient perfect location

Hotel Location: Within walking distance of shopping malls, located in a popular area with everything you need.

Clean room, good location, and friendly staff. Comfortable stay and very convenient for nearby attractions. Would stay here again.

Checking in was pleasant, and the room was clean and well equipped. The only minor issue was that the provided purified water bottles were a little difficult to open—but no big deal.
The pool was great and very clean. My girls had so much fun! Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection, and we appreciated that some items were changed the next day. The hotel is also very well connected to Sunway Lagoon, making it incredibly convenient.
Overall, the experience was awesome. We will definitely be back!
