We had an incredible day exploring Nusa Penida with Ngurah Lokantara as our guide. The highlights were definitely Diamond Beach and Kelingking Beach — the cliffside views and crystal-clear waters were even more stunning in person. Ngurah was very professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. He knew all the best viewpoints, made sure we never felt rushed, and helped us take plenty of great photos. We had a wonderful experience with this tour! We visited four snorkelling spots and were even lucky enough to see manta rays, which was definitely the highlight of the trip. Our boat guide, Ang was fantastic and went out of his way to help us take photos throughout the tour. The only downside was that the waves were quite strong, which made it a little challenging for complete beginners to snorkelling. A special thank you to Herman. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always made sure we found the best spots for photos. Beyond that, he was so humble and friendly, and we genuinely enjoyed chatting with him throughout the trip. He truly went above and beyond, and this 5-star review is especially for him. He absolutely deserves to be recognised and rewarded for his outstanding service. The puppies were very cute and the yoga instructor was very Zen and professional. We really enjoyed the session and also playing with the puppies after that.

I enjoyed all the rides here!! shows are also worth watching and are memorable. The rides are cool, the plays and shows are fun. This is underrated, more people should come here. would def be back!! 💕

This was the first time my friend and I visited East Java and we chose the Klook tour organized by JVTO. It was a very enjoyable and fuss free holiday. Tour was well planned with some flexibility to cater to personal interests. Quality of accomodation was good for the price. Driver was safe and skillful. Guides were friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend to others especially if you are keen to explore the amazing volcanoes and waterfalls in the region.
