Big hotel is nice, clean and their staff is also kind, the only problem is that the water is weak. and it is also close to restaurants and malls. I always stay at this hotel whenever I come back to Cebu because I really liked this hotel

Overall, our experience was nice. However, we were disappointed with the service from one of the restaurant staff on our last day (Monday). We had pre-ordered our breakfast for 8:00 AM, but we arrived at 7:45 AM. I politely asked if it was ready, and she replied sarcastically, “Wala pa kay wala pay 8AM.” We came back at exactly 8:00 AM and asked again, this time inquiring if the eggs were already cooked because we wanted them well done for our toddler. Before I could finish my request, she immediately responded, “Mana, Ma’am.” I understand that we should have advised earlier for the eggs to be well done, but if it really wasn’t possible, she could have explained it in a nicer way. I reiterated that undercooked eggs aren’t suitable for our toddler, but she seemed to ignore my concern and simply handed us the breakfast plates.

This hotel was a surprisingly amazing experience given it was very cheap and I only stayed one night. Everything was easy, checking in and checking out. The room was great and it is nice and quiet also. Just up the road there is some fantastic dining options and just across the road handy sari sari shops and an excellent bakery. The pool is great, had it to myself a little later at night and it was very refreshing after a hot day. Thanks to the staff for a very enjoyable stay.

it was a very convenient stay, though it take time waiting for your room to be ready because they are following the time really. not like other hotels that they allow to check in early but above all the hotel is nice and accommodating, all staff are friendly and easy access to buying food and water because the Jmall is only at yhe 2nd floor.. i love their hotel very neat and clean.. i hope they re-open their Waterpark soon that would be very nice to go back 🥰

This was the second time we went here and it is a really nice place to spend birthdays or any celebrations. With lots of pools and slides for kids. we will definitely come back❤️

Nearby to airport, rooms are clean the staffs are friendly. I’ll definitely book again once I return in Cebu. Foods are tasty and the soroundings is very quiet.
