This was my first-ever head spa experience, and I absolutely loved it! ✨ My therapist, Yian, handled the entire session with such ease and care. I felt completely relaxed from start to finish, and my scalp got the much-needed revitalization it deserved. Such a wonderful, refreshing experience—I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely happy.

Booking was through a third party contact but it was smooth and the staff at the onsen were very helpful. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and I would consider going more often! Access to the public onsen is free on top of the private onsen booking.

Fantastic 5.0
It was my first time and it was a great experience. The process was as follows: ① Take off all your clothes in the locker, put on the disposable shorts provided in the locker, wrap yourself in a towel, put on slippers, and go outside. ② A staff member will guide you to a sauna filled with the scent of herbs, where you'll stay for about 10 minutes. ③ Move to another room for a body scrub, followed by a massage with a large amount of foam applied to your body. ④ Move to the sauna. ⑤ After changing, enjoy a herbal tea to refresh yourself from the inside out.

What to know before visiting Singapore

Quick overview of Singapore and what travellers book

Singapore’s Klook bookings concentrate on family-friendly experiences, led by theme parks, zoos & aquariums and parks & gardens, with events, shows and playgrounds also popular. Demand rises and falls through the year—Klook data shows busy peaks and quieter troughs—so the city can feel very lively at certain times and much calmer at others.

When to visit — peak, quieter months and price trends

According to Klook booking data, January is the peak month for visitor demand while August sees the weakest demand. Prices move on a slightly different cycle: based on past bookings, October has typically been the priciest month, while February has typically offered the lowest prices. If you want lower prices and smaller crowds, consider visiting in February or August; if you want the peak-season atmosphere, January or October are better choices. Note that demand and prices don’t always move together here—October is pricier even though it isn’t the single busiest month, so check both crowd and price signals when planning.

Tips for travellers from Singapore

Most travellers from Singapore book activities close to arrival: Klook data shows typical bookings happen about a day in advance, with meaningful activity still bookable early on short notice. If you’re visiting in January or October, try to firm up plans a few days earlier than usual to secure popular experiences; otherwise, flexibility works well and you can often book a day or two out. Use Klook to lock in tickets and time slots so you can focus on enjoying the city.
