Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
- The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
- To reschedule or request a full refund, please contact the supplier/operator: bookings@tribe-tours.com
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
