Transport in Surat Thani Province

Lomprayah Speedboat + excellent shuttle service. The staff were very helpful, but allow about 45 minutes for check-in at Koh Tao because there are a lot of people. When booking tickets from Koh Tao to Samui, the ticket stated "Nathon Pier," but upon check-in, my name wasn't found. The staff took a considerable amount of time, calling the Phuket center. When they changed it to "Pralarn Pier," my name appeared. This was quite time-consuming. I wish Klook would provide more detailed pier information on the tickets or vouchers. We almost missed our boat due to the check-in issue. We had to ask staff to help clear a path so my family and I could board. We arrived at the pier 35 minutes early, but still almost didn't make it.

My travel with Lomprayah was great. Ferry staffs were friendly and helpful. It would be smothier if there was no ferry change fron Koh Phangan to Koh Tao because it took a time but it can be understood.

What Can we say in one word. Incredible!! our flight was delayed 3 hours, but still Mr. Pim insisted Waiting. He became our Big Brother and assisted us in our all needs. we enjoyed perfectly. we recommend everyone to take this Service.

This company is absolutely amazing. Their service is so professional, from the facilities and the bathrooms to the transportation. Everything was first class. I thoroughly enjoyed traveling with them and will definitely use them again. They were great.

Had a leisurely drive around Koh Samui with our reliable driver, Wat. We gave him a list of sights we wanted to visit and he brought us around to those sights except Na Muang Falls (not his fault, it's dry season and he advised it wasn't worth it since can't swim). We had the van all to ourselves which is nice and didn't feel rushed like in a group tour.

was a bit skeptical because of some of the bad reviews but my experience was flawless for the 28/8/26 full moon festival. Punctual pick up time at 6:00pm at the hotel and was on the boat at around 7pm. You receive a wrist band that you use for your return trip and it’s based on a first time first serve basis. when we arrived back at the pier at 1am we were assigned a colour and a number and groups are sent based on this so there is no pushing and shoving to get onto the boat. the boat departed at about 1:30am. When we got back to Koh Samui, there were drivers waiting to take us back to our hotels as part of the service. Overall good and smooth experience. Waves were a bit choppy on the way back but overall the boat felt safe and life jackets are provided. Highly recommend this service if you want smooth and easy transit to and from the full moon party 👍

I used this service to travel from Phuket to Koh Phangan. Seating was random and could not be reserved. There was a long break midway through the journey. I was relieved that my reservation was handled without any issues.

Today, 5 of us went on a self-planned island tour. Our driver, Yachtboy, got us to every destination quickly and safely. In between stops, there was always time for a chat to learn more about island life. We saw so much, even off the beaten path of mass tourism. Highly recommended!
