Things to do in Chongqing

Royal cuisine was delicious, and the show was impressive. There was so much food we couldn't finish it all. Before the show, there were activities to participate in, and the surrounding area was beautiful, allowing for a pleasant stroll while waiting.

i had a great time. it was easy to reach via taxi and to return to the city area. although the food was warm, not hot, there was plenty and you will be full with all the little dishes. the show was good, snippets of dancing, cultural performances. the games like archery, pot pitching, ancient style betting are held outside at the end. its a good experience if you want to immerse yourself in China culture and traditional costumes. dancing etc.

This iternary is absolutely fitting to meeting our goal to visit the Three natural bridges, we were able to leisurely complete the trip and even have a cup of latte. We were lucky to meet our guide Ah Tan (JJ Lin lookalike!), his story-telling, enthusiasm, and expertise really elevate the entire energy and vibe of the trip! The longshuixia is simply beautiful, and relaxing, so we wished we have more time here; we just had a harder time to finish here in time because of the narrower path and wetter stairs so the other travellers were slower, good walking shoes and legs are a must. This iternary is highly recommended for anyone looking to immense in beautiful scenic environment.

李毅 is a punctual, responsible and careful driver. He is always focused and ensures the safety of his guests. Even though the part to Fairy Mountain was very foggy, he is a seasoned driver and navigated safely. 李毅 is also very flexible and even dropped a small group of us at Jiefangbei upon request. The trip was super packed due to the distance, lasting from 8 am to 8 pm.

An amazing exprerience and trip with our guide (LV Wenfeng) to Wulong and Longshuixia. The natural scenery is stunning and breathtaking and we were amazed by the beauty and magnificent karst landforms. The scenic area is well-managed surrounded by beautiful stone arches or bridges and walking along the cliff and waterfalls was a wonderful journey. While there are many steps to climb and requires strong legs to walk, the nature beauty and experience in Wulong Karst and Longshuixia is all worth it. It is definitely a must-visit attraction when in Chongqing.

Don’t Skip This Spot! Went there on June 7, 2025—those Three Bridges and the Longshuixia crack? Absolutely epic. Felt like wandering into a fantasy world. The walk was a blast. Only hiccup was the bus — weird smell, maybe from the leather seats? Still, 100% worth it. Go check it out!

We took the Chongqing Two Rivers Cruise at 7:30pm and really enjoyed it. Communication beforehand was smooth and easy via WeChat. The earlier cruise was less crowded, which made for a more relaxing experience. While the full city lights weren't on at the start, we caught the last half hour of them — just enough time to enjoy the skyline and take some great photos. Be sure to head up to the roof deck for the best views, though indoor seating is more comfortable. Drinks and snacks are available on board too. A lovely way to take in Chongqing’s riverside scenery!

Such a great experience! It is a hiking type of adventure, but the walking trail is paved with stones and steps so it is doable for most. I saw lots of young kids in families and older people completing this. It can get humid quite fast in the Karst, but Fairy Mountain is chilly. Wear a light jacket you can take off before hiking.
