Additional information
- If multiple tickets are purchased by one person, only one QR code will be issued. All individuals must enter the park together through the same entrance; separate entry is not permitted.
- Children aged 6 (inclusive) or under, or those with a height of 1.2 meters (inclusive) or under, are granted free admission.
- Seniors aged 65 and above can enter the park for free with valid identification.
- Active duty military personnel, family members of martyrs, disabled revolutionary soldiers, retired military cadres, cancer patients, and disabled persons can enter the park free of charge with valid certificates.
- According to Article 28 of Chapter 5 of the "Regulations on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities in Chongqing Municipality": "Persons with disabilities are entitled to free admission to public welfare museums, memorial halls, science and technology museums (activity centers), art galleries, exhibition halls, sports and fitness venues (gymnasiums), cultural centers (palaces, stations), libraries, parks, zoos and other public places, and scenic spots, upon presentation of the "People's Republic of China Disability Certificate". One accompanying person of visually or intellectually disabled persons who cannot take care of themselves, and persons with Level 1 or Level 2 physical disabilities, shall enjoy the same preferential treatment.
- National and municipal model workers can enter the park for free with valid certificates.
- Free admission for holders of tour guide licenses and press credentials (reporters must bring an interview task plan) (tour guides must have group tour assignments).

Highly recommended for panda lovers! During my 7-day Chongqing trip, I visited the zoo 4 times to see my beloved panda, YuAi. The zoo's panda enclosure design allows for perfect viewing of a few panda at a glance ❤️🐼

the tickets came a day before the date i booked. just scan the qr code at the turnstyle. the zoo is not that big but the pandas are usually sleeping. the price is pretty affordable as well. i would recommend it.

Chongqing zoo is good for first timers or parents with young children. It has many few exits and not all are near to Metro stations. If you are taking Di Di Ride hailing to another place, please check with the staff the name of the exit and select the correct exit to be picked up.
In terms of administration, my ticket is only issued the night before the visit after exchanging. Suggest Klook take this feedback and improve.

The zoo is so close to the city centre. it takes about 30 mins by driving. The pandas are so cute. it was my first time to see pandas in such a close distance!

Chongqing Zoo is a highly cost-effective, lush urban oasis. * Panda Stars: This is a renowned panda breeding base, where internet-famous giant pandas like "Sihai," "Yuke," and "Yu'ai" are incredibly therapeutic, numerous, and full of energy. Diverse Species: In addition to the national treasures, there's also Dinosaur Valley, the Amphibian and Reptile House, and more, featuring species characteristic of a mountain city. Convenient Transportation: Directly accessible via Light Rail Line 2, and tickets are only around 20 yuan, making it perfect for family trips and leisurely strolls.

Booking through Klook was easy and convenient. However, I had to contact the local agent several times before receiving the QR code for entry, which could definitely be improved.
We came mainly to see the pandas, and they were absolutely worth the visit! The zoo is very large, with plenty of animals to see, but be prepared for lots of walking and some hilly paths. If you’re visiting with toddlers, I highly recommend bringing a stroller to make the trip much more comfortable.
Overall, it was a great experience, but smoother communication regarding the entry QR code would have made it even better.
