Here’s a polished and natural-sounding tourist feedback in English: I joined the New York–Boston one-day tour during this trip, and our tour guide was Yorika-san. Her explanations at each sightseeing spot were very detailed, informative, and well organized. She was also very attentive to the needs and situations of the tourists throughout the trip. In addition, she took the time to chat warmly with individual travelers and shared a lot of helpful information, which made the experience even more enjoyable and personal. The guide Nelson was friendly. The transport was a small car…could have been cleaner and more comfortable.
