Very easy to redeem, just go to the dedicated counter and show them the QR Code to exchange for a physical tickets, then go outside to bus stop 5B-2 to board. The seats are spacious and the ride was comfortable from Incheon Airport all the way to Myeongdong. Travel time is about 1hr and 20mins depending on traffic.

Easy to use. Just turn up at the said location on time and board the bus. Bus clearly stated “Everland” at the front so you won’t missed it. Timing wise, slightly past 9.40am as per the stated pickup time. Fast and comfortable ride to Everland.

Overall, Klook Korail Pass is very user-friendly. Once purchased, you will receive a voucher that you can use to redeem and book the train ticket on the Korail website, which is very easy. Additionally, you can choose your seat in advance.

didn’t expect to have a guide with us as the price is almost the same as buying it directly from the bus company. the guide Zoey gave a very detailed explanation on the layout of the outlet, where to do tax refund and what are the shops with super long q and other useful information.

Before heading out, I downloaded the Everland app. The so-called English version of the park's app is a scam. After a few clicks, it switches to a completely Korean interface, making it useless. Thankfully, the driver was very helpful and assisted me with registering the Everland app upon arrival. Since the app was incomprehensible, it's essential to grab a physical map upon entry. There are no staff members along the routes between attractions, so navigating relies on the map. The main reason for visiting the park was to take the glass-covered vehicle into the safari world, but unfortunately, it had rained that day. Staff members were squeegeeing the vehicle's glass, but the staff outside were lazy and only squeegeed the closest pane of glass instead of going around the vehicle to clean each one. As a result, passengers in other seats had to view the animals through blurry glass. The roller coaster was very thrilling, with an almost vertical drop. I went in late August, and there weren't many crowds. Many rides didn't require any waiting, and the maximum wait time was only ten-odd minutes. Apply sunscreen, you absolutely must apply sunscreen.

Our driver James as an absolute gem. He arrived early at our hotel, communicated to us beforehand. Chatted with us as he drove and shared facts about the area and the places we visited. We did Alpaca World, then Nami Island then Gangchon Rail Bike.

Driver details were provided prior pick up. Miss Cheongmi was punctual and was very pleasant the whole day. She included restroom and meal stop-overs in our itinerary. She also offered to get us entry passes for Alpaca World, Nami Island and Morning calm, and she volunteered to exchange our vouchers with actual park tickets. She assisted the kids with their jackets and bags when riding and getting off the vehicle. She even got us alpaca stickers from the park and gave the kids snacks on our way home. The car was clean and very cozy. The whole experience was seamless and we had to exert very little effort which made our day less tiring and worthwhile. We were 3 hours in excess of the 9 hour agenda, but we did not have any issues with Miss Cheongmi. This is definitely one of the best bookings that I've made here.

I highly recommend this private car package tour to Hwadam Botanical Garden, Suwon Starfield and Hwaseong Fortress. Hwadam is a must-visit! It’s autumn foliage is really beautiful and surreal.🥰😍 We are grateful to the driver assigned to us, Mr Jun seong. He drove us to all 3 destinations safely and then back to our hotel. He was also polite and gave us enough time to visit each destination. He also played good and enjoyable music during our trip!👍The car assigned to us was a Kia Carnival.
