Service: Very good. There are oysters, shrimp, squid and other seafood on the boat for lunch. The squid is not good, the oysters are okay, and the curry with rice is very good. Drinks are all charged, which is a bit expensive. Otherwise, this boat has no shortcomings. The tour guide service is very good, especially, the speedboat he recommended was very fun. Very worthwhile. If you booked with Klook, just wait at the 160 address above. The car will come around 8 o'clock and will come to find you. Don't hesitate. The 160 address is just a shed, a very shabby station. You can see a coffee vendor and many people waiting.

The tour was great especially our tour guide, Johnny. He was very lively all throughout and made very clever group names so that we woundn’t get lost. The places we visited were all very beautiful and unforgettable. Food was great having many selection but mostly consisted of Vietnamese cuisine. Overall, my parents and I had a blast with this tour

I did one-day trip to Hạ Long Bay solo, and it was unforgettable thanks to Ms Fatimah and her team. Hotel pickup was smooth, and at the harbor, I was shown to my table with my country’s flag—a small but meaningful touch. The itenary was explained by Fatimah before the lunch and this included the safety. The lunch before the tour featured fresh Vietnamese and international dishes.During lunch the team went to individual tables to explain attraction restrictions, especially wherephysical effort were involved. The cruise through emerald waters and limestone karsts was breathtaking. The team guided us through caves and viewpoints, explaining walking distances and safety clearly. After the tour around 4 pm, there were snacks, DJ music, and singing. Every detail, from personalized care to immersive attractions, made the day seamless and memorable. Value for money: 100%. Service: perfect, thanks to July, Mr Dung, Fatimah, and the team. I will definitely book again—trust me, you will enjoy it.

One of the best cruise experience so far! Travel from Ha Noi a bit long but really worth it. On top of it, our tour guide Tom is one of the best. He’s so friendly and very very informative. He knows well what he is saying. Well recommended trip if you arr visiting Vietnam.

Simply put, this was the highlight of our trip to Hanoi and Sapa. Our guide, Jason, did a wonderful job showing us around. He was funny and spoke English at a higher level than the guides we had on other tours. The boat we were on was first rate. The buffet lunch and drinks were excellent, the staff onboard were very friendly and attentive. Every so we had throughout the day was enjoyable, particularly the cave and the speedboat. When you take a trip, you want to have great memories from the places you went and the things you did. This is exactly what we got from the Halong Bay cruise. Gorgeous surroundings, fun activities, great food. It may have been the premium tour, but it was so worth it.

This tour was ABSOLUTELY fabulous. The tour guide Chris was super passionate introducing all the tourist sites and the cruise has prepared a birthday cake for my dad for celebration. Unforgetable experience! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend for traveling in Ha Long Bay.

we went to dragon park. super easy with klook tickets - no need to queue. 3 roller coasters was fun. godd kiddy section and lots of shaded areas throughout the park but don't forget sun protection. pretty good priced food and drinks inside. it was really quiet the day we went so no queues for anything!! while we were there we got tickets for the cable car from Klook- instant confirmation. cable car and mountain was really good and includes the cable car return ticket, toboggan/hillside rollercoaster thingy- which was really fun- try both tracks! it also includes the sun wheel- awesome views and entry to the Japanese gardens and bridge- again this place is great for photos with the harbor, boats, bridge and karst mountains in the background. we were there for the start of sunset. easiest and possibly cheapest way is with Klook. 🙂👍♥️🇻🇳
