very easy to book, kept informed with a pick up time but could not get it from our hotel and had to catch a trap there. very tiring day with a bamboo boat, cycling, tour of ancient temples and climbing 500 steps. tour guide spoke very good English and answered all the questions we had and kept us informed. would highly recommend this trip.

Fantastic 5.0
Lovely trip. We had enough time in each spot and really enjoyed the short bike ride to Hoa Lu. The Trang An boat trip was incredibly beautiful, and climbing the 500 stairs at Mua Cave was a fun challenge. Next time we hope to spend a night in Ninh Binh so we can enjoy the natural surroundings even more.

If you’re visiting Hanoi, make sure to include this activity in your itinerary—it’s absolutely worth it. The places you’ll see are stunning and offer a wonderful glimpse into the countryside’s charm. Ben, our guide, was incredibly welcoming, warm, and full of positive energy. He explained everything clearly, from the history to the culture and traditions, making the experience both meaningful and enjoyable. I also want to commend Lucky, our driver, for bringing us safely and smoothly to every destination. Thank you to the whole team for such an unforgettable experience. This is truly a must-do activity!

Fantastic 5.0
We were very excited about this day trip and Cosy Vietnam did not disappoint! The minibus was super comfortable, and we loved being a small group of 9 people. Our guide James was such a sweetheart, and he took great care of us and gave us so much information about Vietnam’s history! We loved the easy bike ride to the temple, lunch was incredible and the boat tour was mindblowing — Mua cave was the cherry on top of the cake; it was a bit crowded but we got there for Golden Hour and it was breathtaking. Thank you James!!

It was a smooth trip with pickup and drop off from the hotel. Nothing to complain about. Liam (our guide) was friendly and shared plenty of information throughout the day. Buffet lunch was so so and we have to pay for drink (so remember to bring water along).
