Mr Lin is an excellent tour guide with great service. He was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the tour. I was impressed that he could speak three languages — Japanese, English, and Mandarin — making communication easy and comfortable. The tour was enjoyable, well-organised, and definitely value for money. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a wonderful tour experience!

Decided to go with Klook for this full day tour to the Asahiyama zoo, patchwork road(Ken & Mary tree), Blue pond, waterfall and elves village.. was pretty fulfilling but its a bit rushed no doubt. But we get to experience the beauty of the blue pond and waterfall w/o worrying about the transport. Guide was pretty friendly and was our photographer for the group pics! Totally would recommend this to all 1st timers in Hokkaido!

The day trip including lunch to the charming town of Biei covered about 6 attractions. Great value for the price. I really liked the Blue Pond. I truly wouldn't recommend Shikisai-no-Oka in October, there really isn't much to see. Our tour guide, Cinna, was very nice and looked after everyone. Since there were many Korean tourists in this group, there was another lovely Korean guide who was very expressive and spoke a lot. Even though I didn't understand what she was saying, she kept waving both hands goodbye as she saw us off. Both guides took good care of everyone, helped take photos, and introduced each spot. The only area for improvement is that when first contacting tour members, the email sent a WhatsApp link. With so many scams nowadays, I don't click on links like that. Although I missed out on a lot of pre-trip information, I arrived at the meeting point about 20 minutes early on the day of departure. This is a fast-paced yet efficient way to see most of Biei's attractions in a single day. Personally, I love the town of Biei for its peace and tranquility.

experienced snow for october. and the temperature dropped 1.5 degrees, layered clothing is advisable. easy to find both the tour guide and bus. cissy can speak 3 languages 🫡English, Mandarin, and Japanese. our driver was fantastic. the places are awesome when covered with snow. to be better -a little information such as feeding time of the animals can be added

Very well arrange, Jenny the tour guide contact us the day before and explain the itenerary also meeting point, very clear& helpful. Love all the places we visited, enjoy the view very much. Jenny also explained about all places that we visited. Especially love the Blue pond in Biei, Tomica park, Shikisai no oka, Shirahige falls.

In the afternoon, I took the JR train from Otaru back to Sapporo, and visited the T38 Observation Deck before evening. I purchased tickets instantly via KLOOK to enjoy the daytime view, sunset, and night view, along with a delicious ice cream float. Afterward, I headed downstairs for dinner and shopping. It was a fulfilling and wonderful itinerary!

super convenient - I just bought using Klook just before heading up the tower. the vouchers were sent over immediately and the exchanging process for the actual tickets was so fuss-free
