GET THAT PREMIER ACCESS! 🎟️✨ We bought Premier Access for our first-ever Disneyland trip, and it was SO WORTH IT! 😭❤️ If you’re someone who hates long queues and doesn’t want to spend hours waiting for rides or securing a good spot for the shows, JUST GET IT! Out of 8 attractions, we only managed to ride 7 🤣 We were too relaxed, thinking we had plenty of time to do everything. Instead, we got busy collecting Disney passport stamps, taking tons of pictures, and exploring the park. 😂 We did have one unpleasant experience, though. One of the staff members, Samson, denied us entry to the designated viewing area for the castle stage show, even though we had Premier Access. 😭 Thankfully, we asked another staff member, and she helped us get into the correct viewing area! AND MOMENTOUS!!! 😭✨ After watching Let’s Get Wicked at 6:30 PM, we literally RAN to squeeze in the Ant-Man and Iron Man rides before heading to our designated viewing area for Momentous! And OMG, IT WAS ALL WORTH IT!!! 😭😭❤️

one of the best activity you can do when in Hongkong! Standard cable cabin is good also, there’ll be 8 pax in each cabin, just tell the staff if you are in group, you tell them how many of you and they assigned your groups in one cabin(ours is 6, then 2 more person will filling up the remaining seats). Bought roundtrip tickets because we want to go to the citygate outlet. And photographer will capture your photos and you have to buy the physical photos first if you want the softcopy. We didnt buy it cus it’s costly for us. And there’s twist!! on our way back to tung chung, in the middle of air and down there was entirely OCEAN, the cable car stops for less than a minute??? Luckily we didnt panic! They gave announcements that there’s some issue and they’re going to fixes it (something like that).

We had a great experience on the Peak Tram! Entry was quick and easy for both the tram and the observation decks. Sky Terrace 428 is definitely worth visiting, offering stunning, unobstructed views of Hong Kong’s skyline. A must-do attraction when visiting Hong Kong!

When we visited, Ocean Park had a Sanrio crossover event, so there were many Sanrio character decorations and even a Sanrio character exhibition, which was very novel. Ocean Park's animal conservation is excellent; there are many different animals like dolphins, otters, meerkats, pandas, and more. All of them are very energetic and lively. The dolphins even jump out of the water to play on their own, showing they are very well cared for. The staff were also very enthusiastic in sharing information about the animals with us! Afterwards, we had lunch at the Arctic Blast Restaurant, eating while watching the penguins, which was delightful! Perhaps the younger generation isn't as keen on thrill rides, as there weren't many people queuing for Ocean Park's rides. The longest wait was half an hour, and for some, there was no wait at all. However, the staff checked everything very thoroughly, making it feel very safe. I truly feel that Ocean Park represents Hong Kong's theme parks well; the shopping and snacks inside are also very reasonably priced!

Very interesting. it was really smelly outside the museum, but the exhibited were really amazing. I particularly like the tasting bar for some of the disgusting food, and gladly I was able to consumer all of them!

I thoroughly enjoyed both the permanent collection and the special exhibitions. The ability to see contemporary Asian art is a major advantage. Currently, a solo exhibition by artist Lee Bul is underway. You can also see works by Korean artists such as Kimsooja and Nam June Paik. The views of the West Kowloon Cultural District and Victoria Harbour through the large glass windows are a highlight in themselves. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which showed great attention to detail. There are food trucks nearby, so it would be a good idea to grab lunch or dinner after seeing the exhibition. (I also visited the adjacent Hong Kong Palace Museum and saw the Egyptian exhibition.)

it was great. The Ninja was good as well. While the small little arcade area the some kids don't take turns properly and take a long time to play but over all it was good experience.

Nice visiting the HK Palace Museum while only 5 exhibition halls available out of 7 and would be great to have free lockers which would be convenient to visitors. In general, the exhibition about cobalt blue ceramics is fascinating!

What to know before visiting Hong Kong

What to expect in Hong Kong

This collection is led by Theme parks, Events & shows, Observation decks, Museums and Playgrounds, so you’ll find everything from family-friendly big attractions to quick cultural stops and live performances. That spread means you can mix a costly flagship experience with lower-cost entries to stretch a day’s budget. Demand peaks in November and eases to its quietest in July, so experiences feel busiest in November and significantly less crowded in July.

How to choose what to book

The main decision is whether you want a flagship experience or quick tickets: Theme parks sit at the top end while Observation decks and Museums are the most affordable entry points. Theme parks have a typical price of SGD 99, and Events & shows have the widest available range, from SGD 24 entry-level to SGD 148 at the upper end, so Events & shows suit shoppers who like options.

If you’re filling gaps between big attractions, Observation decks are the most affordable way in with a typical price of SGD 27, while Playgrounds and Museums sit in the mid-range where what’s included can vary more by show or venue; Playgrounds typically go for SGD 37.

When travellers from Singapore book

Most travellers book quite close to arrival — typically around 3 days ahead — while the earliest planners book about 15 days out. Plan on that one- to two-week cushion if you’ll visit in the busiest month of November.

How prices compare

The table below compares the city’s main activity categories on typical price and the usual booking range so you can set a budget before you decide.

Category Typical Price Usual Range
Theme parks SGD 99 SGD 46 – 116
Events & shows SGD 32 SGD 24 – 148
Observation decks SGD 27 SGD 22 – 37
Museums SGD 31 SGD 15 – 32
Playgrounds SGD 37 SGD 30 – 48

Typical price is the median paid on Klook; the usual range covers the middle half of bookings, so cheaper and pricier options exist outside it; prices are shown with their currency code. Based on Klook booking data, August 2025 – July 2026.
