Donate An Experience With Your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers before they expire on 31 December 2021!

If you’re still thinking about what to use your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers (SRV) on, here’s something to consider. Klook has teamed up with a number of Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) for you to pay it forward to the underprivileged and migrant workers. These NPOs include Free Food For All, It'sRainingRaincoats, Collaborate for Good, Fei Yue Community Services, TOUCH Community Services, and Beyond Social Services.

The donation will allow thousands of underprivileged children, families, and migrant workers the opportunity to now rediscover their backyard and explore more around Singapore.

How can I donate my SingapoRediscovers Vouchers?

Go to Klook Cares to select a non-profit organization and experience of your choice.
Scroll down to the package options. Click "Check availability" and select the dates accordingly.
Select the number of tickets that you wish to purchase. Once you have selected, click “Book Now”.
Log in or sign up for an account to complete the purchase. Once you are logged into your account, you will be directed to a new page to enter the booking information. Tick the box acknowledging that the purchase goes towards the organization of your choice.
Fill in your contact information.
Select the “Use SingapoRediscovers Vouchers”.
You will be directed to a new window of the LifeSG SingapoRediscovers website. Select “Redeem Vouchers” to redeem your SRV using your SingPass. Thereafter, select “Copy Voucher Code”.
Go back to Klook and paste the copied voucher code into the blank box. Select “Redeem” and then “Book Now”.

[Completely Fulfilled] Donate a Stay for Rough Sleepers

Klook has partnered up with Free Food For All and three hotels to offer night stays for rough sleepers who are forced to leave their homes. This interim arrangement will enable rough sleepers to seek the necessary assistance with government agencies whilst having a place to stay.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has been especially devastating for the low-income households who face a more challenging reality of food insecurity. With the additional restrictions, many are constantly worried if they are even able to put food on the table. With the support of key partners like Klook, Free Food For All can spread joy and love by providing accommodation for rough sleepers, serving piping hot meals, and distributing experiences to those who cannot afford these luxuries," said Mr Nizar Shariff, founder at Free Food For All.

"We are very heartened by the tremendous enthusiasm of Singaporeans to pay it forward and do good for the underprivileged communities by donating their unused SingapoRediscovers Vouchers. When GOOD people come together, GREAT things happen,” he added about the Klook cares collaboration.

You can now enjoy a staycation getaway and do good at the same time! As part of the upcoming World Food Day 2021, Free Food For All & Klook hopes to serve 2,400 piping hot meals from Free Food For All’s food truck to lower-income households residing in rental blocks.

In order to achieve this, Klook is collaborating with seven hotels to pledge the purchase of meals with every hotel booking made from 8 to 31 October 2021. These bookings can be made with or without your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers.

Your booking(s) will not be for self-consumption but serve as donated experiences to selected beneficiaries. All tickets will be automatically sent to our partners who will work with the beneficiaries to arrange for the visit.

Why should I go through Klook for this?

Klook is not a licensed charity, but we are working together with the various beneficiaries and our local partners to do good through this campaign. Klook is taking 0% commission and does not stand to earn from this initiative.

Will I get an official acknowledgement?

You will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of your booking(s), and you should also see the order reflected under the "Bookings" tab on your Klook mobile app.
