Sonrika was our driver for the day. He arrived at our hotel promptly, and confirmed the destinations we wanted to visit. He used translation apps to communicate with us, and always remained transparent with us throughout the trip. The driver assisted us with buying tickets for the Ine Boathouse ride and the Amanohashidate cable car/chairlift ride. The commute was 4 hours overall (2 hrs both ways), but it was a smooth journey. Our family had a great experience due to the driver's assistance.

In fact, I was very anxious from the time I placed the order to the day before departure. I had not received the contact information for the chartered car and I read a lot of experience sharing about being released. But luckily, I successfully received the contact information (middleman and driver) the afternoon before departure. The driver was very kind and kind. He helped us communicate with klook when purchasing tickets for the cruise ship and view land. The car provided by klook was also very clean. The overall experience was good and I will use klook's car charter service if I have the opportunity.

This one-day trip was enjoyable and leisurely, and we spent about two hours visiting each attraction. When your feet get tired, it’s a blessing to get back to the car and rest! In one day, we visited the key attractions: Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkakuji Temple, Inari Shrine, Arashiyama and Gion, without having to worry about time and transportation arrangements. It was really worth taking my mother to play this time.

We communicated with the local staff via WhatsApp beforehand (people who understand Chinese!), and they suggested several itineraries. Finally, we set off from the Kyoto hotel and went to Arashiyama and Fushimi (the Kinkakuji attractions were canceled due to slow walking), and then we set off to Nara, finally back to the hotel in Osaka. Since there are 6 people in the group, carrying large and small luggage, and an elderly person chartering the car, it is definitely a wise choice!

I had a lot of fun in Kyoto. Even though there were a lot of people in Arashiyama in the morning and it was very hot, I also went to Matsuo Taisha Shrine. There were very few people and I really liked it. It was a place that is difficult to reach without driving and it was worth it! And I also helped to order the amazing eel rice for dinner, which fulfilled my family’s wish. Thank you very much 🥹

The agent was very proffesional in advising on our customised itinenary. We had zero issues in communicating in both english and chinese via whatsapp. We were arranged with a driver named Hasu and he was really very proffesional, patient and understanding. We included Arashyimaya Monkey Park in our itinerary which we were drenched due to the sudden heavy rain while we were halfway climbing up the hill/mountain. The driver initiated to bring us umbrellas and jackets, he even helped me continued to bring my son up to the mountain top to see the monkeys. I would really like to thank him for helping me in taking care of my mum and son. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The driver was great, the car was very comfortable and clean, and we were able to go wherever we wanted to go. The driver was also very enthusiastic and discussed things with us. Highly recommended!

The driver Xiao Li was great. He was very kind and helpful in introducing us and arranging the itinerary. He was always attentive to our needs. Lake Biwa is beautiful! Well worth a visit.
