It’s really convenient to charter a car to Lala Mountain! The group of people could go up the mountain easily, and the driver drove very smoothly. The air-conditioning in the car was super strong. However, because it took too long to go up and down the mountain, we didn’t go to Shimen Reservoir, but we had a great time eating in the old street.

The driver is friendly and helpful. He rang me a few days to confirm details including itinerary and pick up time, location. Can be very flexible on the day as far as you keep it within 10 hours. It was a rainy day ( the next day was closed due to typhoon ) but that's nothing we can control of so overall it's a positive experience.
