Booking guidelines

- Data package is valid for 180 days from date of purchase
- We recommend you scan/download the eSIM to install into phone BEFORE you travel, so we can assist you if needed
- The data package can only activate when you are at the destination country
Usage reminder
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- Unlimited data packages will follow the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). FUP refers to the Fair Usage Policy practiced by ISPs worldwide to throttle internet speeds on unlimited plans to prevent misuse or excessive use of the bandwidth provided
- ‘2 GB daily unlimited’ means that the first 2 GB is full speed, and thereafter the internet speed may slow down but not slower than 384 KBps. Each day is counted as a 24-hour block from the time of activation. Example: 6pm to 6pm
- Fixed data packages have no speed limitation. The package will expire when the data is used up. You can top-up more data via Klook

Its okay. the upload speed is tolerable. good for navigating google maps while exploring Sydney and other parts of Australia. good price too.
recommended to have the qr code printed which will make it easier to activate esp for solo travellers.. takes a while to load and install but works pretty well with good5G data coverage.
Esim is from HK, so might have issues accessing Tiktok, but I think a restart will solve the problem. Overall data is fine, data can be slow in some restaurants that require order through QR code. But could be a local reception issue.
Fast to set up. Recommend to activate it in SG and switch it on in Australia (remember to on data roaming for esim). Data can be a a bit slow in restaurants but I’m not sure if it’s because of local connectivity. Esim is from HK, so some troubleshooting to be done when using apps like Tiktok. But no issues when accessing IG/Google maps.
This was by far the best plan, Though its data only 500mb per day is enough. Since I only used it in places where there was no free WiFi
