I learned a lot. The instructor's explanations were simple, easy to understand, humorous, and engaging. They proactively asked participants what they wanted to learn more about and elaborated further. Overall, don't expect a deeply intensive course, but it provides a foundational understanding, such as when to use certain types of drills. Plus, you can practice under the instructor's guidance during the class. Upon completion, you'll receive a certificate and a booklet for future reference. The ratio of male to female participants was about 50/50, and the age range varied from young to old.
