Forest View Spa at Svaha Spa Bisma Ubud

Overall, we had a very relaxing and pleasant experience. We traveled there by motorbike & parking available. It located inside a private resort, they offer a quick buggy ride to the spa area, or you take short 5-min walk. the staff greeted us with welcome drinks and had us fill out a quick form to check preferred massage pressure. We were then able to choose our massage oil and body scrub. The treatmen started in a private room with a foot wash, followed by the massage & the scrub. The therapist will regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable. After the scrub, had to walk to a separate room for the bath while wrapped in towels. It would be more comfortable and seamless if the bath was set up in the same treatment room. Additionally, the bath portion felt a bit rushed; extending the allocated time to at least 30 minutes for the soak+ 10 minutes for showering, would make the whole experience perfect.

we had 90 mins aroma massage and our experience is wonderful! they let us pick our preferred oil and then we were let in a room with forest view and the room is spacious and we can shower after massage! the two therapists had great skills and we fell asleep during massage !! we had wonderful experience!!

great staff, perfect ambiance! didnt know it also had a restaurant beside it so that was a good cap to the night. loved the entire experience. massage could've been harder but the therapist adjusts when you tell her. bubble bath was also divineeee 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 love it

The price is really worth it, hotel-level service attitude, quiet environment, countryside nearby, and the massage technician's gestures are very good. The exterior of the building has a very resort-like feel, but the interior decoration is modern, clean, and stylish. When you walk into a hotel or massage parlor, the staff will greet you cordially and serve you. They are very professional and have a one-stop feel. It rained when we walked into the store, and the store clerk took the initiative to drive us to the door in a golf cart. In addition, admiring him gives guests a sense of ritual. Before the massage, you will be carefully introduced to the flavor and type of essential oils. There will be a welcome drink at the counter before the massage, and a questionnaire for you to fill in your special massage needs. Although it is a small gesture, it will make the guests feel cozy and feel like they are enjoying themselves in a five-star hotel. The price is really worth it.

Celebrated my birthday with some rest and relaxation at this spa. WONDERFUL service and a great deal for such a full package. Included a foot bath, full body massage, body scrub, and herbal bath. The staff surprised me with a cake for my birthday as well. Truly an amazing experience and well worth the money!

It is a spa in the resort. The service is very meticulous. Although I did not get a flower bath like the one in the photo, the overall service is quite comfortable. There is a massage at 2 o'clock and a 30-minute bath and refreshment at the end. The location is Great location near monkey forest! After pressing the button, we took a walk to explore the forest, and then walked all the way back to Ubud Palace to watch the dance performance.

The experience was absolutely fantastic! We arrived early, and they arranged for us to wait comfortably at the restaurant next door. The fans were stunning, and there was even an infinity pool. The two drinks we ordered were also delicious. When it was almost our appointment time, we went in for the spa. First, we filled out a form indicating our preferred pressure, areas to focus on, and other details. After that, we went into the spa room, which had large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the jungle – it was incredibly relaxing. The therapist's technique was excellent and very soothing. We also had a bath salt scrub, and then finished with a bath. It was incredibly refreshing! After the spa, we went back to the restaurant next door for a big meal, haha.

The service quality is super high! From the careful greetings at the beginning, to the perfect and moderate massage afterwards, and the romantic bubble bath...it was so comfortable that I didn't even want to remember it. During the massage, the masseur will not speak and will place flowers face down, allowing people to completely relax their body and mind💕🫶🏻 I will definitely experience it again if possible in the future!
