Excellent experience. Booking was super easy, spa can even accommodate same day booking if they have space. The reception was beautiful and the treatment room spacious and private. Five min walk from Ocean Park mtr. Room comes with your very own bathroom. The facial (around HKD 680) was value for money and very relaxing. No one tried to upsell me anything. This is a hotel type facial that comes with a neck and head massage but not brow trimming or extractions. It starts with a quick foot scrub and soak and ends with tea and cookies. They use their own Harnn in house products from Thailand. I was able to sleep for half the time. The only suggestion is that the bathroom flush was a bit sensitive; perhaps get maintenance to tweak the timer / sensitivity? I would recommend this experience.

It is close to the MTR Ocean Park Station, with convenient transportation. You can find it as soon as you exit the MTR station and walk towards the Ocean Park Marriott Hotel. Buy it on Klook and directly book the time on Klook, which is convenient and fast. The internal environment is quiet, the place is clean and feels very comfortable. And the technicians have moderate strength. If you need a technician who speaks Cantonese or Mandarin, you need to WhatsApp the massage place in advance.

Really easy to get to and I would go back again. I was put into a spacious couple room with own toilet and shower. I don’t see other facilities but the experience generally was very pleasant.

The environment is good, the reception arrangement and process are smooth, and the masseuse is Thai and the gestures are good, but it would be more relaxing if the massage rhythm could be slower. In addition, the massage seemed to end a little earlier than the scheduled time, but I tried the massage once +Hand wax+Afternoon tea in the hotel, all in all, Li Dao is still worth it.

The therapist is a Neopolitan. She is good! The service and environment are great.

I live in the South District, so the location is an advantage. I also had a massage at the hotel massage parlor, which provided a comfortable environment. In addition, if you buy a ticket on Klook, a 60-minute aromatherapy oil massage for two people only costs 1365, with no other additional charges, which is a reasonable price. Since we made the reservation for 12:00 noon, we should be the first guests. The whole process from checking in to entering the room was smooth. There was a toilet in the room, so we could use it without going out. The technicians Anoo and Amy were very polite and their massage skills were very good. I enjoyed a relaxing and leisurely holiday afternoon. After the massage there were refreshments and tea, but they were just normal biscuits, nothing special.

The massage environment of this hotel is comfortable and relaxing, and the service is considerate. After the massage, tea and cookies are provided, which is very pleasant and a good place to relax!

First time to try massage at Harnn in Hong Kong. Good to have 3 hour free parking on site. Reception was very small, the lady led us down to a waiting area and warm tea was served. The Thai therapists came for foot bath first, and brought a basin of hot water which was too hot. Even my husband could not tolerate the temperature. My therapist just sprinkled hot water with scrub on my feet. The supposedly 30 min foot bath was cut down to a few minutes. We were then led into a couple room, not big but still had shower and toilet. Our package included 90 min. aromatherapy massage + 30 min foot bath + neck & shoulder massage as enhancement. Even though I wrote down that I preferred "Light" pressure, the therapist was still offering massage in a more "medium" pressure approach. She tended to repeat and repeat the maneuvres. The therapist also did not offer any option of oils used. Did not seem aromatherapeutic to me. My husband also considered that his therapist was just OK. After 120 min. of massage, we were offered 2 glasses of sparkling wine (included in the package) and cookies. My husband drank warm tea instead, as he needed to drive. Overall service was satisfactory. Treatment was just OK.

The environment is very comfortable and quiet, and there are bursts of fresh aroma. The chef's gestures are very skillful and never stop. The staff is very polite. It is a good place to relieve stress.

I wanted to get a massage today. Fortunately, the receptionist tried his best to arrange it. The receptionist was polite every time and the technicians were very responsible and never careless.
